We appreciate your business, and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are processed as a refund of original purchase price, and you must place a new order for a replacement product. Any gift item shipped to you from StarbucksStore.com may be returned; however, the funds will be returned to the purchaser. Returns for orders originally purchased with a Starbucks Card will be refunded in the form of a new Starbucks Card. Often it can take 1-2 days for funds to be returned to the original form of payment.
