Belk Return / Refund / Exchange Policies
Items can be shipped back or can be returned to a Belk store within 180 days (90 days for fine jewelry).
Placing an order on belk.com is easy; making a return is even easier..
At Belk, we value your time; therefore, we are confident we offer our customers nothing but top quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, returning it is easy for either an exchange or a full refund of its purchase price*.
There are two fast, convenient ways to make a return from belk.com:
1) Return the merchandise to your nearest Belk store.
To find the nearest Belk store to your location, please visit our Store Locator tool, located on the top of any page of belk.com. Once you find the Belk store nearest you, simply bring in the item(s), along with your shipping invoice/packing slip (merchandise receipt) and the original packaging materials to any Customer Service area in the store.
Belk.com merchandise returned to a Belk store will follow the normal Belk return policies relating to the tendering of a credit or refund. For returns with a shipping invoice/packing slip (merchandise receipt) within 180 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to your original form of payment.
*For returns without a shipping invoice/packing slip (merchandise receipt) or after 180 days from purchase, we will refund the lowest sale price offered in the last 30 days, credited to your Belk Charge or a Belk Gift Card.
2) Return the merchandise to the Belk Fulfillment Center (BFC).
For returns with a shipping invoice/packing slip (merchandise receipt) within 180 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to your original form of payment. Please use the “Order Summary” section of the enclosed shipping invoice/packaging slip and indicate the appropriate “Reason Code” beside the item ordered and send this completed form with your item(s) to our Fulfillment Center (see address below). Please cut and attach the pre-addressed bar-coded return label (located at the bottom of the front side of your packing slip) to the outside carton. All merchandise needs to be returned in its original packing materials. Please note: Belk cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly.

We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via Fedex or the U.S. Postal Service’s insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.
Belk will refund shipping and handling costs for returns only if 1) your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process, or 2) due to shipping and/or handling error(s) on the behalf of belk.com.
Fine Jewelry Returns (Purchased from a Belk Store).
Fine Jewelry returns will be accepted within 90 days of purchase with a receipt. If you have misplaced your receipt, ask your local sales associate about our receipt look-up process.
Most credits are posted to your credit card within 15 business days of the time that your returned merchandise is received by belk.com.

Gift Card Orders.
Please note: If your belk.com order includes both merchandise items and Belk Gift Card(s), the Belk Gift Card orders will be shipped separately from the other items purchased on belk.com and will arrive with their own “shipping invoice/packing slip.” All Belk Gift Card orders are shipped “free,” via the US Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.
