Rona Return / Refund / Exchange Policies
This is a straightforward 30 day return policy with no restocking fees and few exceptions. Note the requirement for original packaging both in-store and shipped.

Cancelling an order
To cancel an order made through the website of RONA Inc., you simply have to contact RONA’s Internet Customer Service within the first 24 hours following confirmation of your order. You may do so by calling, toll free, at 1 866-283-2239. Internet Customer Phone Service is available from Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., E.T. Please refer to the order number of your purchase as mentioned in the confirmation email you received and RONA Inc. will credit your account with the amount of that purchase at the earliest convenience possible.
RONA accepts returns of items purchased on rona.ca up to 30 days following the date of purchase. The total amount of the returned merchandise purchased on-line will be credited to the account debited at the time of purchase. Construction plans are not refundable. Gift cards are not returnable, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

Please visit www.mecanair.net in order to locate the nearest service centre. You will also have access to instruction manuals for the various products.

You may return merchandise within 30 days following purchase by dropping it off at a RONA store or by mail after having contacted Customer Service.
Returning merchandise to a RONA store
Go to a store with a copy of the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of purchase and with the merchandise in its original packaging. Rona.ca customer service personnel will credit your account, not the dealer.
Returning merchandise by mail
Return the merchandise in its original packaging along with a copy of the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of purchase by Purolator Courier. Please use the delivery code given to you by Customer Service when given the product return authorization.
• If the merchandise you received was in good condition at the time of delivery, you must assume costs connected with the original delivery and the return of the merchandise.
• However, if the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time of delivery, or if the merchandise is not what you ordered, RONA inc. will reimburse you both merchandise and shipping costs. You must contact the websites’s customer service or Webmaster to advise that you wish to return a product. You will then receive the instructions on how to carry out the merchandise return.
RONA inc. cannot be held liable for damage to the merchandise while it is being returned. Therefore, it is in your interest to use a shipping service that will provide suitable, duly signed documentation and insurance.
