Shopko Return / Refund / Exchange Policies

Synopsis

Shopko online purchase may be returned to a retail store, but retail store purchase can only be returned to a retail store. The maximum return period is 90 days, with some items having shorter return periods.

Policy Statement

“Returns and Exchanges Policy

Items purchased online or over the phone may be returned via mail as directed on your invoice or to any Shopko Retail Store. Items purchased at a Shopko Retail Store can only be returned to a Shopko Retail Store. Items purchased at a Shopko Express Rx can only be returned to a Shopko Express Rx Store.

When you have your receipt or online invoice, Shopko will gladly refund your purchase if the merchandise is in new condition, including all the original packaging with accessories, and it is returned within 90 days of purchase. (Some exceptions may apply Please see notes below for additional details.) We’ll refund your full purchase price in a form consistent with your method of payment. If you return an item that was a gift to a Shopko Retail Store, you will be given credit on a Shopko gift card. For gift items returned that were purchased online, credit will be given through the original payment method only.

When you do not have your receipt for purchases made in one of our retail stores, we will attempt to assist you in one of our retail stores through finding your credit card, debit card or check purchase using our Receipt Look-up system. Purchases that cannot be verified may not be refunded.

If you do not have a receipt for an online purchase, you can simply reprint the receipt through the Order History link online.

If you receive the wrong item when ordering online, please return it for a replacement. If the wrong item was received due to a Shopko error, the cost of returning the incorrect item will be credited through the original payment method and shipping of the replacement item will be free of charge.

Certain electronic items will be subject to different requirements as indicated below.

Electronics Returns:

We will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase on electronics items, including TVs, digital cameras, camcorders, GPS units and portable video and audio electronics.

Computer Returns:

 We will accept returns within 15 days of original purchase on computers.

Other Item Restrictions:

Electronics:

 – Cellular phones and cellular phone cards are non-refundable.

 – iPods that have been opened are non-refundable.

 – Digital E-readers that have been opened are non-refundable.

 – Defective video games, music, movies, and computer software can be exchanged for the identical item; replacement item will be opened by teammate. Open video games, music, movies and computer software may not be returned for a refund.

Other returns information:

Gift Cards:

 – Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Pharmacy:

 – Prescription drugs are non-refundable.

Airbeds:

Unopened airbeds can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Opened airbeds accompanied by a receipt may be exchanged for the identical item or exchanged towards another airbed of equal or greater value within 14 days. Defective airbeds can be exchanged for the same model airbed or for credit towards another airbed of equal or greater value.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Alcoholic beverages are non-refundable.

Live Goods:

Perennials, roses, evergreens, trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. If you have a question or problem concerning your live goods purchase, please call one of our Lawn & Garden Specialists before removing your plant and returning it to the store. Full refund of purchase will be made for dead plant material during the year of purchase with this receipt/guarantee. If returned the following year, the refund will be given in the form of a store credit.

Returns of promotional items:

Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of any free gifts received or discounts applied. Purchases made at Shopko may not be returned to Shopko Express Rx. Other restrictions may apply.
