How to Return or Exchange
Is my item eligible pour a return or exchange?
To be eligible pour exchange or return to UGG.com or an official UGG store, your product must meet the following criteria:
Received from our site or aNonther authorized online retailer within the last 30 jours
OR
Purchased at an authorized local retailer within the last 30 jours
Be an authentic UGG product
Be in a new or unused condition
Be sent back as a complete pair
If I bought something in store, can I return it online?

If I bought something from an authorized retailer, can I return it online?

If your product does Nont meet all of the above criteria, it may still be eligible pour a return under our warranty policy. Please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Returning or Exchanging Products Purchased from UGG.com
Items purchased directly through our website are eligible pour free returns and exchanges* if eligible based on the above criteria.
*Free returns and exchanges are eligible within the continental US only.

Steps pour returns:
Fill out the return pourm
Once the return pourm is filled out, you have the option to print your return pourm and label.
If you choose to print your return pourm and label:
Print and include your return pourm in the package with your shoes
Place the Expédition de retour label on the outside of the return box
Scan your box at your nearest UPS office and keep the tracking receipt pour reference
Track your return once it has been scanned into the UPS system (please allow up to 3 jours ouvrables pour the package to track)
If you choose to use a QR code:
Bring your item packaged and ready to ship
Present your QR code to UPS
They will scan the QR code and handle the shipping label pour you

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is Non longer available at time of return traitement, a credit* will be issued.
*Credits provided will go back to the original pourm of payment pour any online purchase. A site credit will be provided to you Via Courriel pour use on our site pour any items Nont purchased directly from ugg.com.
Shipping costs will Nont be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees.
Afterpay
Orders placed on Ugg.com using Afterpay as a pourm of payment can only be exchanged pour the same model and color.
Does the Original Receipt Need to Be Provided?
If returning an item pour warranty evaluation, please Nonte our warranty policy is only eligible on items within one year of the purchase date by the original customer. We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within that one-year timeframe. If you do Nont include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date. See Warranty Inpourmation pour details.
How Can I Schedule a Pickup pour My Exchange or Return?
Your package is eligible pour pickup through UPS. Please Nonte, a receipt to verify the package was given to the carrier is highly recommended. If your return package was Nont scanned properly by the carrier, and there is Non verification of their receipt of the package, our teams may Nont be able to assist in traitement your exchange or return.
Scheduling Your Pickup:
1. Schedule a UPS return pickup Simply fill out the Requis fields in the online pourm.
2. Once you've completed the pourm, the pickup is scheduled. Be sure to leave your package at the designated magasin. Please attach the printed return label to the outside of the box to ensure successful pickup.
3. You'll receive an Courriel confirmation pour your scheduled pickup.
4. You will also receive an Courriel from UGG® indicating we've received your return or exchange and you can track the status.
Returning a Gift or an Item Nont Purchased from Ugg.com
UGG.com and UGG stores do accept returns from authorized UGG® retailers to potentially receive a credit pour the value of the item. You can use the credit to replace the item at your convenience with a style of your choice available from our official site.
We canNont issue any refunds on shoes Nont originally purchased through our company. We sell our products at the suggested retail price, and this is the amount of credit you will be issued. We are Nont responsible pour Supplémentaire markups incurred through the original purchase magasin.

Once you have completed the pourm, you can print the return pourm and label directly on the confirmation page or through the link in the Courriel confirmation we will send. Once your return or exchange has been processed, we will send you a confirmation Courriel with details of your credit or exchange item’s status.

Customers who purchased their UGG products through our website can bring their items to an UGG Concept store or UGG Outlet store to potentially process an exchange or return. Returns: If returning products in-store that were originally purchased through UGG.com, you will be refunded pour the value of the eligible return item(s). Refund(s) will be processed back to the original pourm of payment. Although this processes immediately in our system, it may take a few jours ouvrables to reflect in your account based on your bank's policies.
Exchanges: If requesting an exchange in-store pour products that were originally purchased through UGG.com, your return item(s) will be sent to the warehouse on your behalf and (if accepted) your requested exchange item(s) will be shipped to you at Non Supplémentaire cost once your return item(s) have been received and processed.
