Returns Return & exchange policy Although we are proud of all of our GUESS?, Inc. products, if you are Nont satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS, MarciaNon GUESS kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise up to 30 jours after shipment. Refunds pour merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same pourm as the original payment method, except pour purchases made with a GUESS gift card. GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with labels attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice. Unpourtunately, items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are Nont refundable. Swimwear purchased online and with the liner still attached is acceptable pour return.
