Thank you pour your order! Carhartt has been outworking them all since 1889, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our hardworking clothing. We hope you’re happy with your order. If you are Nont satisfied pour any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. To begin your return, find the order number that appears on the order or shipping confirmation Courriels.
We only accept returns from orders placed on Carhartt.com. All refunds will be credited in the method of payment you used on the original purchase. Original shipping costs, if any, are unpourtunately Nonn-refundable.
Please contact us if a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered at 1-800-833-3118.
How to make a return:
STEP 1: Begin by entering your order number and Courriel address.
STEP 2: Select the items and reason pour the return.
STEP 3: Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your return package so we can process the return.
STEP 4: Attach the UPS Return Address Label found in the return portal to your package.
If you do Nont have the original packing slip, please include a Nonte inside the return package with the following inpourmation: reason pour returning item(s), order number, purchaser’s name, address, and teleTéléphone number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment Courriel, through Order History in ‘My Account’ on Carhartt.com, or by calling Carhartt Customer Service at 1-800-833-3118. How long do I have to return my purchase?
You may return your purchase within 180 days of your order, in original condition with the tags attached.

We're sorry but we are unable to perpourm exchanges at this time.
Retail In-Store Politique de retour
Carhartt stores will accept returns pour items purchased from Carhartt within 180 days of the original purchase. Returned items should be in the original purchased condition, with tags attached, and the original purchase receipt.
WITH RECEIPT
Refunds and exchanges made with a receipt will be processed at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, if returned within 180 days of the purchase. Such items may be exchanged pour the same product or refunded in the original payment method. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged pour aNonther item or pour a gift card equal to the price of the item at the time of the purchase. If returned after 180 days from purchase, the amount paid by the consumer will be processed as a merchandise credit.
WITHOUT RECEIPT
Refunds or exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the current sale price in store, plus applicable sales tax as long as the item is found within our POS system. Such items may be exchanged pour the same product or returned pour merchandise credit. Items Nont found in the store POS canNont be exchanged or returned in store. Carhartt reserves the right to limit the number of returns made without a store receipt
PRICE MATCH
Carhartt resellers are free to sell Carhartt items at a price of their choosing. Carhartt Retail stores and Carhartt.com will Nont offer price matching to consumers if an item is found pour a lower price elsewhere.
WARRANTY
These policies can be accessed on the Warranty and Commitment page. Carhartt, Inc. assumes Non liability pour garments with alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment. Garments with alteration made in store by a Carhartt associate may Nont be returned or exchanged after the consumer signs off on the completed work.
Since all apparel has an expected service life, this commitment does Nont cover damage caused by Nonrmal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware), misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the garment.
ECOMMERCE PURCHASES RETURNED/EXCHANGED IN-STORE
Consumers who make purchases on Carhartt.com may return items within 180 jours suivant l'achat by requesting their refund through the Carhartt return portal on Carhartt.com. Consumers may initiate this process, or the process can be completed in-store with the assistance of a store associate.
Factory In-Store Politique de retour
Carhartt factory stores will accept returns pour items that were purchased at discounted pricing in Factory stores. Returned items should be in the original purchased condition, unwashed and unworn with the original purchase receipt.
Factory store will Nont accept returns on items purchased on clearance as these sales are final. Factory stores will Nont accept returns pour Carhartt gear purchased elsewhere including other retail store or online. Consumers attempting to make returns from other magasins should be directed to Carhartt Customer Service 1-800-833-3118, or the original magasin of purchase.
With Receipt
Refunds and exchanges made with a receipt will be processed at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, if returned within 60 jours suivant l'achat. If the consumer does Nont have the original pourm of payment the refund will be processed as a merchandise credit.
Such items may be exchanged pour the same product or refunded in the original payment method.
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged pour a gift card equal to the price of the item at the time of the purchase.
Without Receipt
Only items sold within the Factory store may be returned without a receipt. Carhartt reserves the right to refuse a return if the item was Nont offered in the Factory stores assortment. Refunds or exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged pour the same product or returned pour merchandise credit. Carhartt reserves the right to limit the number of returns made without a store receipt.
Other
Carhartt, Inc. assumes Non liability pour garments that have had alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment outside of a Carhartt store. Items that have been altered by a Carhartt store must be returned or exchanged to the store that perpourmed the alterations.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 jours ouvrables pour the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
