Standard Shipping Items
We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 jours of delivery. Expédition de retour or pickup fees may apply. To report delivery damage or make a return, contact Guest Experience. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and parts. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued pour the purchase price of the returned item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of refunds pour damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are Nonnrefundable. Refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 days following our receipt of the returned item(s) pour any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.

Return Requirements
In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Politique de retour, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all Emballage d'origine (unless the packing was removed as a part of the White Glove Delivery).
We do Nont accept returns on Final-Sale and Clearance Items, Special Orders, or MoNongrammed or Personalized Items, except pour items delivered damaged or defective and reported to us within three (3) jours ouvrables after delivery.
Mattresses and Foundations
