Returns & Exchanges What is Journeys’ refund and exchange policy? Journeys gives you 365 days to decide! We accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in new condition, with original packaging and valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or online order confirmation), within 365 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In-store: Visit any Journeys store with your item(s), original packaging, and proof of purchase. Use our Store Locator to find a location near you. By mail (online orders): Start your return or exchange and create a prepaid label here. A $7.99 fee will be deducted for using the prepaid label. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing. By mail (store purchases): Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and ship your item(s) to: Journeys Order Returns 635 Genesco Parkway Lebanon, TN 37090 We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
