There are no refunds on mattresses (exchange only).

Policy Statement

“It’s ok to change your mind

Purchased in Store:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days unless noted below. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

 For transactions with an original receipt*: Purchase made with cash: a cash refund will be issued. Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original card. Original card must be present at time of return. Mattresses may be exchanged one time within 90 days of purchase for a store credit towards the purchase of another mattress. No refund will be issued. Please refer to the Love it or Exchange It Mattress Return Policy.

 *A driver’s license may be required for identification purposes only. This is required for all returns and exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.

 *We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Mattresses “Love it or Exchange it” Return Policy: You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, comforters, pillows, and pillow tops), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops.

A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.

 Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

 If your Internet/phone order was delivered by truck and would like a IKEA to arrange for a pickup of the merchandise you would like to return, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-434-IKEA (4532) 8am-8pm EST Mon-Sat and 9am-8pm EST Sun. Return delivery fees may apply.

If you would like to return the item to your local IKEA store, an IKEA Gift Card refund will be issued for the merchandise and applicable taxes however the delivery and handling fees will not be refunded. If you would prefer the refund to be issued in the original form of payment, please contact IKEA Home Shopping at 1-888-434-IKEA (4532) 8am-8pm EST Mon-Sat and 9am-8pm EST Sun.

 Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an IKEA Internet or phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-434-IKEA (4532) 8am-8pm EST Mon-Sat and 9am-8pm EST Sun. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.
