RETURN REFUND Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund. REFUND OF IN-STORE PURCHASE If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase. If a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, our store staff will indicate an alternative method. REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE When you make a return of an online purchase, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities. Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email. Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank. If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process. Remember: if you sent us your return items through our drop off point service, the return costs will be taken off the amount of your reimbursement.
