How can I return my order? You can return items shipped by Zalando or our Partners in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. During this period, your return label will be available to you from your Zalando account. This means, from the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to return any unworn or unused items, as long as the original labels and tags are still intact. Return items Can I return items from different orders together? Yes, if you have several orders shipped by Zalando you can send them back to us in one parcel. Please make sure to keep the return receipt from the carrier until you have received your refund. Which carrier can I use to return my parcel? You can find this information on the LAP return label. If you are using a QR code you can return your parcel via Mondial Relay or La Poste. How long is the QR code valid? Your QR code is valid for 10 days for La Poste and for Mondial Relay the code will continue to be valid throughout the 30 day return period.
