How to Return or Exchange
Is my item eligible for a return or exchange?
To be eligible for exchange or return to UGG.com or an official UGG store, your product must meet the following criteria:
Received from our site or another authorized online retailer within the last 30 days
OR
Purchased at an authorized local retailer within the last 30 days
Be an authentic UGG product
Be in a new or unused condition
Be sent back as a complete pair
If I bought something in store, can I return it online?
Yes!
If I bought something online, can I return it in store?
Yes!
If I bought something from an authorized retailer, can I return it online?
Yes!
If your product does not meet all of the above criteria, it may still be eligible for a return under our warranty policy. Please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Returning or Exchanging Products Purchased from UGG.com
Items purchased directly through our website are eligible for free returns and exchanges* if eligible based on the above criteria.
*Free returns and exchanges are eligible within the continental US only.

Steps for returns:
Fill out the return form
Once the return form is filled out, you have the option to print your return form and label.
If you choose to print your return form and label:
Print and include your return form in the package with your shoes
Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box
Scan your box at your nearest UPS office and keep the tracking receipt for reference
Track your return once it has been scanned into the UPS system (please allow up to 3 business days for the package to track)
If you choose to use a QR code:
Bring your item packaged and ready to ship
Present your QR code to UPS
They will scan the QR code and handle the shipping label for you
Track your return once it has been scanned into the UPS system (please allow up to 3 business days for the package to track)
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at time of return processing, a credit* will be issued.
*Credits provided will go back to the original form of payment for any online purchase. A site credit will be provided to you via email for use on our site for any items not purchased directly from ugg.com.
Shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees.
Afterpay
Orders placed on Ugg.com using Afterpay as a form of payment can only be exchanged for the same model and color.
Does the Original Receipt Need to Be Provided?
If returning an item for warranty evaluation, please note our warranty policy is only eligible on items within one year of the purchase date by the original customer. We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within that one-year timeframe. If you do not include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date. See Warranty Information for details.
How Can I Schedule a Pickup for My Exchange or Return?
Your package is eligible for pickup through UPS. Please note, a receipt to verify the package was given to the carrier is highly recommended. If your return package was not scanned properly by the carrier, and there is no verification of their receipt of the package, our teams may not be able to assist in processing your exchange or return.
Scheduling Your Pickup:
1. Schedule a UPS return pickup Simply fill out the required fields in the online form.
2. Once you've completed the form, the pickup is scheduled. Be sure to leave your package at the designated location. Please attach the printed return label to the outside of the box to ensure successful pickup.
3. You'll receive an email confirmation for your scheduled pickup.
4. You will also receive an email from UGG® indicating we've received your return or exchange and you can track the status.
Returning a Gift or an Item Not Purchased from Ugg.com
UGG.com and UGG stores do accept returns from authorized UGG® retailers to potentially receive a credit for the value of the item. You can use the credit to replace the item at your convenience with a style of your choice available from our official site.
We cannot issue any refunds on shoes not originally purchased through our company. We sell our products at the suggested retail price, and this is the amount of credit you will be issued. We are not responsible for additional markups incurred through the original purchase location.
*If you did not purchase your item on ugg.com, you will be required to cover all return shipping costs to our warehouse. These costs are non-refundable. UGG® is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until the return process is complete. We will require this information if you need to contact us regarding your return.
How do I initiate my return?
You complete our return form!
Once you have completed the form, you can print the return form and label directly on the confirmation page or through the link in the email confirmation we will send. Once your return or exchange has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your credit or exchange item’s status.
Processing Timeframes
Returns and exchanges may begin processing shortly after carrier scan, but all return item(s) are evaluated and verified for authenticity once received at our warehouse. If an item is returned that is not our product, early processing of exchanges or refunds will be reversed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has processed. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed. Processing times may vary seasonally.Track your return or exchange.
Returning to an UGG Store
Customers who purchased their UGG products through our website can bring their items to an UGG Concept store or UGG Outlet store to potentially process an exchange or return. Please note, online orders will experience the same return or exchange process in-store as they would processing their own return or exchange online.
Returns: If returning products in-store that were originally purchased through UGG.com, you will be refunded for the value of the eligible return item(s). Refund(s) will be processed back to the original form of payment. Although this processes immediately in our system, it may take a few business days to reflect in your account based on your bank's policies.
Exchanges: If requesting an exchange in-store for products that were originally purchased through UGG.com, your return item(s) will be sent to the warehouse on your behalf and (if accepted) your requested exchange item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost once your return item(s) have been received and processed.
