Return Policy Information Overview: Returns are free to any T.J.Maxx store. To make in-store returns quicker and easier, please provide your Shipping Confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) and the plastic packaging your items arrived in. Returns by mail are $11.99. Initiate a return using our easy online returns portal. Items will be credited to their original form of payment so long as they are made within the following time periods: Online orders: within 40 days of order date In-store purchases: within 30 days of purchase We will gladly take back most unwashed, unused, and appropriately tagged merchandise as outlined in our return policy.
