What is your return policy?
NOTICE
Effective 3/1/25, warranty claims for Lidl Branded Non-Food items that are outside 90 days of purchase will no longer be accepted without a receipt.
Food and Non-Food items may be returned to any Lidl location for a full refund within 90 days of purchase with receipt and the full amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original form of payment should be present for processing. No receipt? No problem! A store credit will be issued at the lowest selling price. Gift cards cannot be returned and refunded. Alcohol returns are subject to local regulations.
If you're unsatisfied with a Lidl-branded food product, simply check the packaging for the Lidl Love It heart symbol—you’re eligible for both a refund and a replacement.
***Applies only to Lidl private label food products. Excludes Lidl non-food, gift cards, alcohol, national branded items, or returns not related to product quality or customer preference. Products must be returned in original packaging. If more than one eligible product is returned, the Lidl Love It Guarantee will only apply to one eligible product. Other exceptions may apply.
