Returns & Exchanges Policy Choose from one of two easy options to start your return for items purchased on RalphLauren.ca. Return/exchange with my order details Return/exchange through my account Our Return Policy We want you to be entirely satisfied with your RalphLauren.ca purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with the original tags attached, accompanied by the original invoice. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Customers may return item(s) bought on ralphlauren.ca within 30 days of the order shipment date. Please note, in-store returns or exchanges are not available at this time. Please allow up to 10-14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed. Our Exchange Policy ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color. Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.
