Returns Return policy In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, PUMA grants you a voluntary return policy for items purchased in the PUMA online shop. You can return the items without giving any reason within 60 days of delivery if you had a PUMA account at the time of purchase, or within 30 days if you did not, provided the items are complete, unused, and undamaged. This return policy does not in any way limit your statutory warranty rights; they exist independently of them. Please note that this voluntary return policy does not apply to personalized items. Packages returned from outside the EU customs union cannot be imported by PUMA and may not arrive at the warehouse. Once we receive your return, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days of the date of receipt. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you originally used. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. Your statutory right of return, especially with regard to potentially defective items, as well as your right of withdrawal, remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy. This is how the return process works Please use our online returns portal to return your items. You can access it via the "Returns" quick link or through your order history in your PUMA account. To do this, click on "TRACK ORDER / RETURNS". Please note: You can only initiate a return once your order has been successfully delivered. As soon as this is possible, the "RETURN ITEM" button will be displayed. Our self-service tool will then guide you through each step of the return process. You can download your return label and will also receive a confirmation email with further instructions. These typically include the following steps: - Carefully pack the selected items in the package and seal it. - Return the package to the appropriate return point. - Keep the delivery service's return receipt for your records. Please attach the return label, which was provided to you via the returns portal, to the outside of the package and hand it in to the appropriate delivery service. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. Once your return has been successfully received and processed, you will receive a return confirmation via email.
