Product return policies
You can return your products for free, no matter the reason. However, some products are excluded from the Buyer Protection program , and others can only be returned if they meet specific conditions depending on their category .
Repayment deadlines
New products: 30 calendar days from the date you received the purchase.
Used products : 14 calendar days from when you received the purchase.
Food and drinks for people and pets: 14 calendar days from when you received the purchase.

Did you regret buying the product or is it different from what you ordered?
Be in perfect condition and have no signs of use.
Have your accessories, manuals, and labels.
Be in the original brand packaging.
If it is a cell phone, notebook, tablet or smartwatch: do not have passwords that prevent its use, nor contain personal data or photos.
The product has a problem or is incomplete.
When we review it, it must be in the same condition as you describe when making the claim.
It must have all its accessories exactly as they arrived.
What happens if I don't meet these conditions?
We will review the returned product and, depending on the result, we may:
Send the product back.
Deduct a portion of the refund.
Charge your credit card or debit your Mercado Pago account for the purchase amount only if you receive an immediate refund upon returning the product.
Return process
Start the product return process from "Free return" in the purchase status.
Choose between taking it to a branch or having it picked up at your address, depending on availability in your area.
Send the product using the label or code we will give you; you will have 5 business days to do so.
If you arranged delivery with the seller, you'll need to coordinate the return with them through your purchase's messaging system. If you can't reach an agreement, you can file a claim using the "I need help" option in your purchase details.
Money refund
We will initiate the refund as soon as the post office notifies us that you have returned the product. However, sometimes we may wait until it arrives to inspect it and confirm that everything is in order.
To find out the exact timeframe in which you will receive the money, check the crediting times according to your payment method.
What happens if I regret returning it?
You can cancel the return. If you change your mind again, you can start the process again as long as 30 days haven't passed since you received the product.
