Product return policies
You can return your products for free regardless of the reason. However, there are products excluded from the Guaranteed Purchase program and others that you can only return if they meet specific conditions according to their category .
Return deadlines
New products: 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Used products: 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase receipt.
Food and beverages for people and pets: 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase.

Did you regret buying the product, or is it different from what you ordered?
It must be in perfect condition and have no signs of use.
Include accessories, manuals, and labels.
It must be in the brand's original packaging.
If it's a cell phone, laptop, tablet, or smartwatch: it should not have passwords that prevent its use, nor contain personal data or photos.
The product has a problem or is incomplete.
When we review it, the product must be in the same condition as you described in your complaint.
It also needs to be returned with all accessories, exactly as they were delivered.
What happens if I don't meet these conditions?
We will review the returned product and, depending on the result, we may:
We will send the product back to you.
Deduct a portion from the refund.
We will only charge your credit card for the purchase amount or debit that amount from your Mercado Pago account if you receive an immediate refund upon returning the product.
Return process
Start the product return by selecting "Free Returns" in the purchase status.
Choose between taking it to an agency or having it picked up at your address, depending on availability in your area.
Send the product using the label or code we will provide; you will have 5 business days to do so.
If you arranged delivery with the seller, you must arrange the return with them through the messages in your purchase. If you cannot reach an agreement, you can start a claim by selecting the "I need help" option in your purchase.
Money refund
We will initiate the refund process as soon as the partner agency notifies us that you have returned the product. In some cases, however, we will wait for the product to arrive to review it and confirm that everything is correct.

What happens if I decide not to return the item?
You can cancel the return. If you change your mind again, you can start the return process again, as long as 30 days have not passed since you received the product.
