Return Policy Information Overview Returns are free to any Marshalls store. To make in-store returns quicker and easier, please provide your Shipping Confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) and the plastic packaging your items arrived in. Returns by mail are $11.99. Initiate a return using our easy online returns portal. Items will be credited to their original form of payment so long as they are made within the following time periods: Online orders: within 40 days of order date In-store purchases: within 30 days of purchase We will gladly take back most unwashed, unused, and appropriately tagged merchandise as outlined in our return policy. Our return policies are always subject to local, state and federal restrictions. Shipping and handling costs and shipping surcharges are non-refundable. Shipments containing oversized items (e.g Accent Chairs, Area Rugs, etc.) may be restricted in the online return portal.
