Returns & Exchanges We Guarantee Satisfaction If any purchase isn't to your complete satisfaction, return it to London Drugs within 15 days for a complete refund or exchange. Just remember to return it in the original packaged condition with proof of purchase. Some restrictions apply. Our 15 day refunds or exchange policy is extended to 30 days for LDExtras members. Online Returns If your online order is not to your satisfaction, you can return it to any London Drugs location with your receipt. If you are unable to visit a London Drugs location, you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-888-991-2299 or submitting an electronic form on our Contact Us page. A service representative will be available to assist you from: Monday to Saturday from 7:00am - 9:00pm PST Sundays & Holidays from 8:00am - 8:00pm PST To expedite your service, please have your order number ready when placing your call. A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be provided to you by our customer service representative and should be included with your product when mailing the product back to us. The responsibility of return shipping charges is based on circumstances and must be assessed by the Customer Service Representative. London Drugs reserves the right to charge for return shipping. Pre-Order Video Games Offer Offer not available in-store; online only. Gift Card will ship with pre-ordered item (when available). If pre-ordered item is not released or is otherwise unavailable, or if pre-order is cancelled before shipment, customer is not entitled to Gift Card. If pre-ordered item is returned by customer, then refund or credit due to customer will be reduced by the original Gift Card balance, unless Gift card also returned (with full original value). Digital Downloads All electronic software download purchases are final and cannot be returned. Restrictions Most items available for purchase on the London Drugs Online Store are refundable; however, the following restrictions apply: Headphone Return Policy - London Drugs can only accept returns on Headphones with the original receipt within 15 days of purchase in the original unopened packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, in the event that we made an error in processing your order, or if the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund your return shipping and handling charges. Products being returned for a refund must be received in their original purchase condition and in their original packaging. This includes all accessories, warranty cards and manuals. Due to the nature of Cannabis Accessories (Vaporizers), these products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All items being returned will be inspected by London Drugs prior to a refund being issued. Please note that missing items or parts could delay the processing of your refund.
