How is a refund processed in the case of a return? If you don't like your purchase or it doesn't fit, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. Please note any differing return policies, which you can find in the respective product description. This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. To receive your refund: We will inform you by email as soon as your return has arrived at our logistics center. After your return has been processed, you will receive another notification to your registered email address. Please understand that a new invoice will not be issued for partial returns. You can find more information about refunds for returns using vouchers that had a minimum order value here . The credit to your customer account will be issued via the payment method you used for your order. Did you pay with a Lidl gift card? The refund will be issued in the form of a new Lidl gift card, which will be sent to the email address registered in your customer account.
