Return a Kobo eReader or Kobo Accessory If you purchased your eReader or Kobo Accessory from Kobo.com and are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you have 45 days after the date of purchase to return it to Kobo. To return your Kobo eReader or Accessory, please contact Kobo Customer Care. Any delivery fees charged to you to return the eReader to us are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned device, Kobo will refund the cost of the eReader to the credit card charged at the time of purchase, less any initial delivery charges. If you bought your eReader from another retailer, please contact the store where you bought it and ask them about their return process. Create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request If you've ordered your Kobo eReader/Accessory from the Kobo Store, you may be able to cancel your order online. To cancel your Kobo eReader order, your order must be: Paid Not previously cancelled Not previously refunded Not shipped Placed within 40 days of the shipment date Follow these steps to cancel your order: Go to the Order Status page. After you've submitted your request, check your email for details on your cancellation. Return an eBook or audiobook You may be able to return purchased eBooks or audiobooks from Rakuten Kobo. You can cancel items you've ordered through the kobo.com website. If you change your mind about your order, you can easily cancel it within 8 hours without contacting our customer support. Cancelling Express orders: Because Express orders are processed immediately to ensure the fastest delivery, they cannot be cancelled through the self-service portal. If you need to cancel an Express order or if 8 hours have passed since you placed your order, please contact Kobo Customer Care. To cancel an order, follow these steps: Go to the kobo.com.
