Store Purchase Returns Items purchased in one of our stores can be returned to any location. Refunds or exchanges may be made within 30 days if the item(s) is returned in store-bought condition with a receipt, unless subject to our great read guarantee in which item(s) may be returned or exchanged at any time and in any condition with a receipt. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, and for card transactions the same card must be presented during the return. You will be asked to provide name and address details during your return or to show valid photo ID. Our stores can provide a Gift receipt for any item at the time of purchase. Items with a gift receipt may, for the value of the item at time of purchase, be exchanged for merchandise, or added to a gift card. If you no longer have your store receipt and made your purchase with a plum or plum+ membership, you can retrieve your recent receipts in Account Centre under ‘Purchase History’.
