Returns: How to return a product to IKEA Want to return a product? No problem! You have 365 days and various options to return your product. Return to the furniture store No waiting time: Book an appointment Simply make an appointment at your IKEA store, come by at the booked time and it's your turn. No appointment necessary You can of course return your product without an appointment. It's best to prepare your return online beforehand; this will make it faster for you. Return by mail Smaller products can be returned via DHL parcel for just €2.90. Until we receive and register your return, it remains your responsibility. Therefore, you should pack it securely and keep the postal receipt until the package arrives with us. The package must be no larger than 120x60 cm, 60 cm high and weigh no more than 30 kg. Return via collection Large and heavy products can be picked up by a freight forwarding company for a fee. The collection will take place on the date you selected, and the collection costs will be deducted from your refund. The collection costs for up to 3000 kg are €75.
