HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All items purchased between Saturday, November 1, 2025, and Thursday, December 25, 2025, may be returned with a valid receipt, through Saturday, January 31, 2026, for a refund to the original payment method. Merchandise being returned with an H&M gift receipt or purchased with an H&M gift card will be issued a refund in the form of a merchandise credit.
Merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned without a valid receipt. Our regular 30-day return policy will apply to any purchases made on and/or after Friday, December 26, 2025.
Please note: All Glenn Martens x H&M items must be returned within three days in-store and seven days online.
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, visit any H&M store in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) with a valid receipt and tags attached, or register your return in the Returns Portal online.
Please note: A flat fee of $3.99 will be deducted from all mail-in returns of online purchases. In-store returns are always free.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ITEM
Return Policy
Merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned without a valid receipt.
H&M will refund most items within 30 days of delivery or purchase date (online returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery) provided they are in resellable condition, have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
All Lorena Saravia x H&M purchases must be returned within three days in-store and seven days online.
Furniture must be disassembled and returned in it's original packaging via mail.
Store returns must be made in-store by the customer in order to be processed.
The following exceptions are in place:
H&M HOME items purchased online must be returned by mail.
Items marked 'Final Sale', both in stores and online, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hosiery, underwear (excluding bras), swimwear without the hygenic seal (excluding bikini tops), opened cosmetics, earrings, face masks and items marked 'Final sale' (red-sticker sale items in-store).
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion are not considered final sale unless they are marked 'Final Sale'. These items are subject to the same return policy as full-priced items.

Gift cards are Final Sale. Please note: Puerto Rico customers can only use physical gift cards purchased in Puerto Rico stores for store purchases. Puerto Rico gift cards purchased in store can not be used online.
Special collections and designer collaborations may be subject to a return policy that may differ from our standard return policy above.
A small number of products cannot be returned to store. Should you try to return one of these items, our store staff will support you in other ways to place your return.
