Good to know about returns You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Sale items and products with a reduced price, such as Last Chance, must be returned within 14 days. Items purchased with membership offers or promotions follow the 30-day rule. The products must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition. After 30 (or 14) days, returns are not possible. Returns of H&M items in stores are free, both at the checkout and via the Budbee parcel box available in the store. Returns at the checkout do not need to be registered in the returns portal. For larger H&M HOME products, such as furniture or rugs, a fee of SEK 149 is charged. These items cannot be returned in store or in a parcel box.
