What is the Fleet Farm return policy?
Most merchandise in new, unused, and resaleable condition, and returned within 60 days will receive a refund or exchange. All merchandise for return or exchange must be accompanied by a valid receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items such as undergarments, swimwear, DVDs, Videos, Books, ammunition, firearms, custom cut merchandise,special orders, or perishable items. Please note, to comply with Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping Regulations (49CFR Parts 171-180), we cannot accept returns by mail for any items containing lithium batteries, oil, fuel or other fluids. Other restrictions may include inspection of the item by an authorized service center. All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturers’ policies.
Fleet Farm Gift Cards purchased on FleetFarm.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
