Returning products
Thanks to our Satisfaction Guarantee, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return most products. Check the categories that have other deadlines and restrictions.
This holiday season, we're extending the return period for products sold by Falabella or Sodimac!
For purchases made from November 20th onwards, you have until January 31st, 2026 .
For Cyber Monday purchases (made between October 6 and October 8), you have until January 31, 2026 .
1. Create a return request
Go to My Purchases, choose the product, select the Return or Replace option , and create a request. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all its tags.
2. Prepare the product
If the product is small or medium-sized (e.g., perfumes, shoes, microwaves, televisions up to 32"):
If you are returning multiple items, you must store each one separately.
Store the product in its original packaging or a similar one.
Use adhesive tape to prevent the box or bag from opening.
If the product is large (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, televisions larger than 32"):
Store the product in its original packaging or a similar one.
Download and print the return label you will find in your email or go to My Purchases in the My Requests and Claims section.
Affix the return label over the one that came with the original packaging. It's important to completely cover the old label.
3. Make the delivery
If the product is small or medium:
You can drop it off at any of our stores.
If you chose to return at a Chilexpress branch, go to the counter and dictate the code you will receive in your email.
If the product is large, we will schedule a pickup at your home. You will receive an email with all the details.
4. We'll refund your money
We will begin the refund process once we verify that the product meets the conditions you specified.
