The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all its tags. 2. Prepare the product If the product is small or medium-sized (e.g., perfumes, shoes, microwaves, televisions up to 32"): If you are returning multiple items, you must store each one separately. Store the product in its original packaging or a similar one. Use adhesive tape to prevent the box or bag from opening. If the product is large (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, televisions larger than 32"): Store the product in its original packaging or a similar one. Download and print the return label you will find in your email or go to My Purchases in the My Requests and Claims section. Affix the return label over the one that came with the original packaging. It's important to completely cover the old label. 3. Make the delivery If the product is small or medium: You can drop it off at any of our stores. If you chose to return at a Chilexpress branch, go to the counter and dictate the code you will receive in your email. If the product is large, we will schedule a pickup at your home.
