Returns Policy We made a change to our Returns Policy! As of February 12, 2024, we'll be accepting returns within 30 days of deliver date for online purchases. We hope you love your new Dockers® purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of final sale items. Where to return a Dockers® purchase Dockers.com purchase: by mail Department Store Purchase: return in the Department Store Dockers.com Mail Returns $7.50 processing fee for mailed returns. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund. All refunds made in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges and donations are non-refundable. International customers who purchased from US online are responsible for all shipping costs to return. START YOUR RETURN How to Return by Mail Items purchased on Dockers.com can be returned by mail. Review the return policy details here. Once you've found the appropriate portal, enter your order number and email address, select the item for return, then choose one of these two easy return options: Print a return label. If you have a printer, print a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. Place the packing slip inside the package and attach the shipping label to the outside. Drop the package at a FedEx or a participating Walgreens. Go printer-less. If don’t have a printer handy, get a mobile return code for your package. Take the code to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they will print the label for you. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Using the mobile return code or the prepaid label deducts $7.50 from your refund. Exchanges We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your original item and then repurchasing it online in the new size.
