Returns Dickies.com Returns *All clearance sales are final. For faster service, please place your order for the replacement items online and return your unwanted product for a refund. We will accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment within 30 days from the purchase date. If for any reason we are unable to apply the refund to your original form of payment, we will issue the refund for the full purchase price in the form of a gift card to Dickies.com. Be ready with your order number and email and visit Track Your Order to initiate your return. 2. Process your return. a. Select the item(s) you wish to return. b. Select the reason for the return. c. Select your return method. 3. Package your item(s). Help us lower our impact and cut down on waste by reusing the box or bag your purchase was received in. No printer? Select the QR code return method and FedEx Office locations can print it for you free of charge. At a USPS location, you can purchase packing materials, though they cannot print labels or package items for you. Print your return label and secure it to your package. 4. Ship your package. Drop your package off at your selected return location. 5. Receive your refund and confirmation. Once the Distribution Center receives and reviews your package, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Returns of Dickies Purchases at Other Retailers Dickies products can be returned to the retailer where they were purchased, following the policies of that store. If your product return falls beyond the store policy, we will be happy to try to assist you by replacing the item. Your return should be: In new condition Unwashed, unworn and unaltered Accompanied by its original receipt Gift Returns If you received a gift, we recommend reaching out to the original purchaser to get the order number, purchaser's last name and zip code used during purchase.
