Decathlon Returns and Exchanges Everyone has the right to take the time to change their mind! Exchange or return items up to 365 days in store or on the decathlon.fr website. You have 30 days upon presentation of your receipt. Create my account Product sold by one of our partners Return shipping costs for products sold by our partners are free for 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. I am returning a Decathlon product In store Returns and exchanges in store are valid on products sold by Decathlon in our stores and on www.decathlon.fr (for products sold by our partners on decathlon.fr, information is provided by the partner). 1. I go to the reception desk of my store 2. I exchange or return my product For purchases made outside of France, returns are limited to DECATHLON brand products. The return amount will be converted into euros according to the exchange rate in effect on the day of the return. I pack my product, download, print, and affix my prepaid label to my package. 3. I drop off my package in my mailbox, at the post office, or at a Colissimo collection point. If my product weighs more than 30 kg, please contact our customer service department at 09 69 32 33 22 to arrange for your equipment to be collected from your home. 4.
