Returns and refunds Return policy There is a specific protocol for managing returns depending on the type of product you purchased: Products sold and shipped by Decathlon. Return periods are as follows: The return period for Decathlon brand products is 60 days (e.g., Quechua, Kipsta, Kuikma, etc.). For products from other brands sold by Decathlon, the return period is 30 days (e.g., Adidas, Asics, Puma, etc.). Decathlon Marketplace Products : Decathlon Marketplace products are sold on decathlon.es by our trusted sellers and are subject to the return policies of the company that sells and ships them. You can recognize a Marketplace product on decathlon.es by the text "Sold by" followed by the seller's name, below the "Add to cart" button on the product page. Compra registrada en tu cuenta Decathlon Purchase registered in your Decathlon account For online purchases, your return period begins from the date you receive your order. Make a return Compra sin cuenta Buy without account Create your account and register all your purchases to make online returns. You can also add your in-store purchases with the receipt to manage your product warranties. Create an account Returns for products sold by Decathlon Purchase made in store Exclusive service for products sold and shipped by Decathlon on decathlon.es and/or sold in Decathlon physical stores in Spain. Free in-store returns All stores at your disposal. You can make your exchange or return at any Decathlon store in Spain. Present your receipt or invoice. You can show your invoice with your smartphone, available in the "My Account" section, or your Loyalty Card at the store checkouts along with the product(s) you wish to return. Exchange your product for another or request a refund. If you choose a refund, it will be processed instantly to the same payment method you used for the order. Exchanges are subject to product availability in store. Returning a product from a third-party seller is always free and can be done from the order details page . To initiate a return, click the "Return" button, select the items you wish to return, and request a return label. We will then email you return instructions within 72 hours. If the label is already on the box, follow the return instructions set by the seller for packaging, product collection, and refund.
