What are the guarantees for a product I have purchased?
The law establishes a general warranty period of 3 years from the date of delivery of the product. In the case of refurbished products, the warranty will be 1 year.
If the product is defective, the customer may choose, free of charge and whenever possible, either a replacement or a repair. The warranty period is suspended while the customer is without the product during repairs. The warranty period resumes once the product has been returned to the customer after being replaced or repaired.
If the product still does not comply with what was agreed in the contract once it has been repaired, the customer may demand, whenever possible, its replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
