Standard Return Policy With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. If something doesn't work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.* Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. We inspect all returned items. Products must be received in the following condition to qualify for a refund: The product must be in new or unused condition The product must be returned with all original product tags in place, and with all product inserts and accessories included. The product must be re-packaged in the original manufacturer packaging (when applicable) and shipping packaging (when possible). Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. (See Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions) Professionally installed products, through our partnership with Angi, are eligible for return for replacement only if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Installation fee refunds are issued in the form of in-store credit only. Some items are categorized as non-returnable, final sale, or 'As-is' and cannot be returned. (See Product-Specific Return Policies and Non-Returnable Items for more details.) * You should note that this return policy does not apply to Marketplace Seller products (approved 3rd party sellers on Bed Bath & Beyond). Marketplace Seller products are subject to the sellers return policy, and are excluded from the return policy above and additional returns programs, such as Welcome Rewards by Club O Free Returns for In Store Credit. With many return warehouses nationwide, using a different label may result in your item being lost or unidentifiable, preventing return tracking and the completion of your return. If you choose to refuse the shipment as a return method or send it without a Beyond label, we cannot guarantee a refund. Additionally, a fee may be assessed for any extra research required to identify and process the return. Please also note that Beyond return labels are assigned to a specific return. To ensure your refund is processed correctly, do not include additional items, requiring a separate return label, in the same box. Each item must be returned using its designated return label. Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by: Sending you replacement parts or accessories Replacing the product* or Issue a refund** And we'll also cover the cost of any return shipping If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply. *At our sole discretion, a replacement may be sent immediately, before we receive your return.
