Returns policy You can decide to return any product purchased on Armani Online Store free of charge within 20 days from the date of delivery by delivering it directly to a FedEx Location. Here’s how: Fill out the  Return Form. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Once the return form is completed, you will receive via email the label to apply on the original box (or another box that is equally sturdy) to cover the original shipping label. Drop off your return at a FedEx pickup location. At this time, online returns cannot be processed in Armani stores. For the fastest service, we recommend completing your return through our online return process. Once your package arrives at our U.S. logistics center, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak periods) for your return to be processed. If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions, it will be sent back to you. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note: Underwear, swimwear, fragrances, beauty, and Armani Exchange Online Outlet styles are final sale and cannot be returned. Can I use my own return service? Can I combine returns from different parcels? I decided to keep my order, but have already completed the return form. What should I do? Refunds We usually accept returns within 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) of their arrival at our US logistics centers. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used: Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer. PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email. Online payment methods (Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay): as for payments issued with credit cards, our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer. Where can I check my refund status? You can check the status on the Follow your Return page. I want to return a gift. How does the refund work in this case? The amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account. Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order? For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
