How long do I have to exchange products at ALDI SÜD? You can always exchange groceries purchased from us, even without a receipt. For all other products, we offer a 90-day return period from the date of purchase, provided you present the receipt. This excludes prepaid vouchers, which cannot be returned or refunded at the checkout after purchase. After the 90-day return period, please contact our warranty portal if you need a replacement part or require a repair. Your request will be handled quickly and easily by the appropriate person.
