Want to return something? No problem, as long as you keep the following conditions in mind: Products must be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened packages. Fresh produce, frozen items and magazines are excluded from returns. Want to return multiple items? You can, but only via a separate collection order. This must be arranged in advance with our customer service and will only be done in exceptional circumstances. We charge an additional €25.00 for a collection order in addition to the standard service fee. This covers the costs of collecting and returning the items. You can also return items free of charge to a store with an ah.nl service point. The same terms and conditions apply. Go to ah.nl/winkels and filter by 'ah.nl service point' to find the nearest store with this option.
