Return Period: 60 days from purchase date
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
Return Methods:
- In Store: Return to any Adidas store in Germany
- By Mail: Use the prepaid return label included with your order
- Online: Initiate return through your Adidas account
Refund Processing:
- Refunds processed within 10-14 business days after receipt
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exceptions:
- Personalized items cannot be returned
