Sale Terms Updated: July 2025 Holiday Return: With the original receipt, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31 the following year. Please note that any purchases shipping to Poland are not eligible for a faster refund at carrier scan. We will issue your refund after your return is delivered and processed at the distribution center. Please read the following Sale Terms carefully before purchasing any goods on the www.abercrombie.com/shop/eu website, including when using the Click and Collect feature and for online orders placed at an Abercrombie & Fitch Store located in the European Union. In order to purchase any goods or service using this website, your acceptance of these Sale Terms is requested. Please save a copy of these Sale Terms for your records. These Sale Terms set out the terms and conditions that will apply when you purchase merchandise from Abercrombie & Fitch's Dutch entity, trading as AFH Fulfillment NL B.V, whose registered address is at Laarderhoogtweg 25, 1101 EB Amsterdam, The Netherlands ("us" or "we") through our site. Our registered VAT number is NL 850551043B01. From time to time, we may change our Sale Terms. However, the Sale Terms that existed when you made your purchase will apply. Orders are subject to our acceptance, and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order in certain circumstances, including, but not necessarily limited to, when: There is an error in the information you provided to us (e.g., you provided an incorrect shipping address); There is an error on our site relating to the merchandise that you have ordered; The merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available; There are limitations in shipping to your region requiring additional information to complete a delivery; or You are attempting to express ship fragrances and body care products to European countries. We specifically reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise. We will refuse to accept any order requesting us to: Deliver to a freight forwarding company; or Deliver to a P.O. box. We will only be deemed to have accepted your order (or any part thereof) when we provide you with a shipping confirmation email. This contract will only apply to the merchandise which was in stock and shipped. Please note, your initial order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order, only acknowledgement that we have received it. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the prices and other information about merchandise on our site are accurate. Despite these efforts, it is possible that errors, including incorrect pricing, may display on our site. However, if we have accepted your order and you have received a shipment confirmation email, you will not be asked to pay more than the price indicated when you placed your order. Product Availability The inclusion of any merchandise on our site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the merchandise will be available if you wish to place an order to purchase it. Prices and Payment You may pay for your order using any of the following forms of payment: a credit card or prepaid debit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express; a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo; an American Express charge card; or PayPal. Debit payment methods will be processed as credit. In addition, some users may be able to pay for an order using Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, PayU, Przelewy24, Sporopay, Trustpay, Klarna, iDEAL, Sofortüberweisung, or EPS. When we receive your order, you agree that we may place a "hold" on your card for the total value of your order. If the hold on your card has been authorized by your bank or building society, we will process payment for the merchandise when your merchandise ships. If you used the Click and Collect option (i.e. You placed an Order online to pick up the merchandise in Store), then payment will be taken when the merchandise is pulled from the Store inventory and placed on hold, or when it is picked from the distribution center and shipped to the Store that You indicated as the location to collect the merchandise. You should note that placing a "hold" on your card does not constitute acceptance of your order. If you pay for your order using Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, PayU, Przelewy24, Sporopay, Trustpay, iDEAL, Sofortüberweisung, or EPS, payment will be taken when you place your order. The charge for your order will appear on your credit, debit or charge card statement as "Abercrombie.Euro" If you wish to dispute the validity or amount of a charge that appears on your card statement, please contact us by emailing us at [email protected]. If you cancel any portion of your order, any authorized "hold" will usually be released within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of cancellation. If you pay for your order using Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, Sporopay, or Trustpay and your order (or an item in your order) is cancelled, you will receive an email with a link that you will need to access to in order to provide bank details to process a return. After this is completed, you will receive a refund within 72 business hours. In Store Price Adjustment: Find a better price on the A&F website? If the product is a match, we'll match the lower price in stores. Changing or Cancelling Your Order You can make changes to or cancel your order, including merchandise on backorder, at any time before we have packed your order for shipment. Please note that the time period between placing your order and packing your order is short and may take no longer than an hour. You must call almost immediately. To do so, please call our Customer Service department (List of Toll Free Numbers). If we have already packed your order for shipment, you can request a refund or exchange, as described in the ""Returns and Exchanges" Section below. If you use the Click and Collect option and your order has been pulled from the Store inventory and is ready to be picked up, or if it has been picked up from the distribution center and sent to the Store that you selected, and you no longer want the merchandise that you ordered, then you may request a refund for your order by contacting our Customer Service department. A refund will be issued to Your original payment type including without limitation, credit cards, debit cards Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and Merchandise Credits. Order Tracking You can track the progress of your order on the Order Help page. Shipping / Delivery International shipping is available when ordering merchandise from our site. You can view the countries to which we are able to ship merchandise on the Shipping & Handling page. Shipping and handling charges vary depending on your address, shipping speed, and the value of your order. You can find a list of our shipping and handling charges on the Shipping & Handling page. Merchandise that we deliver to you becomes your property at the time that you receive it. We will deliver all in-stock merchandise as soon as reasonably possible and in no event more than thirty (30) business days from the date on which we accept your order. If You select the Click and Collect option to pick up your Merchandise in an Abercrombie Store, then please be prepared to show your photo ID and/or the ready for pick up email. Please note that someone else may collect your order with their photo ID and the ready for pick up email. Click and Collect orders will need to be picked up within the period of five (5) days from when the last item is ready for collection. Upon cancellation, a refund will be issued to your original payment type. Merchandise on Backorder Merchandise on backorder is temporarily out of stock. If A&F is unable to ship any merchandise on backorder within seven (7) days from the date on which the item backorder email was issued, we will notify you at the e-mail address that you have provided. You will not be charged for merchandise on backorder until it has been shipped. Shipping and handling for each item in an order is distributed so it is directly proportional to the cost of an item and you will not be charged in the applicable proportional amount until the respective item(s) ship(s). All items in an order will be shipped via the shipping service type selected when placing the order. The status of a backordered item will remain open in an order until: (i) the merchandise is in stock, A&F has taken payment, and A&F has shipped the merchandise; (ii) A&F has contacted you to inform you that an item has been cancelled; or (iii) you contact A&F for the purpose of making a change to or cancelling your order. Except as provided below, payment for any merchandise on backorder will not be processed until the merchandise on backorder has shipped and a shipment confirmation email has been sent to you. If you used PayU, Przelewy24, iDEAL, Sofortüberweisung or EPS as payment, you will receive a refund within 72 business hours if an item is cancelled. If you pay for your order using Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, Sporopay or Trustpay, you will receive an email with a link that you will need to access to in order to provide bank details to process a refund if an item is cancelled. After this is completed, you will receive a refund within 72 business hours. Shipping and handling for each item in an order is distributed so it is directly proportional to the cost of the item. You will not be charged shipping for a given item until that item has shipped. Returns & Exchanges Please note, this Section pertains only to standard returns and exchanges for online orders. Please see below for more information regarding your Right to Cancel and Faulty Merchandise. A tracking number will automatically be applied to your return order which will be provided to you in your return confirmation email. Merchandise must also be returned in its original individual packaging when applicable (e.g., fragrance, shoe, or accessory boxes, etc.). Select merchandise will be accompanied with a tag that must stay attached in order to return or exchange the item. For VIP myAbercrombie members, an additional 30 days will be allowed for returns, meaning you may receive a full refund to the original payment method if merchandise's return or exchange is initiated within 60 days of the estimated delivery date of the last shipment or the actual delivery date of the last shipment, whichever occurs later. To qualify, you must already be at VIP status on the date you placed your order. The return or exchange must be returned in resalable condition. To return or exchange online, complete the return process on the Start My Return page. A tracking number will automatically be applied to your return order which will be provided to you in your return confirmation email. Merchandise must also be returned in its original individual packaging when applicable (e.g., fragrance, shoe, or accessory boxes, etc.). Select merchandise will be accompanied with a tag that must stay attached in order to return or exchange the item. The 30-day return period, or the 60-day return period if you are a VIP myAbercrombie member on the date you placed your order, will be applied to the three different return/exchange methods as follows: Return/Exchange to store: return/exchange must occur within 30 days from the estimated delivery date of the last shipment or the actual delivery date of the last shipment, or 60 days from the estimated delivery date of the last shipment or the actual delivery date of the last shipment if you are a VIP myAbercrombie member on the date you placed your order, whichever occurs later For purchases delivered to (a) Belgium, (b) France, (c) Germany, (d) Italy, or (e) Spain, you can return or exchange your merchandise at an Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie kids store in the country where the merchandise was delivered. Please note, online orders that shipped to any other country cannot be returned or exchanged at a store location. Return/Exchange using our online returns and exchange process: return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days from the estimated delivery date of the last shipment or the actual delivery date of the last shipment, or 60 days from the estimated delivery date of the last shipment or the actual delivery date of the last shipment if you are a VIP myAbercrombie member on the date you placed your order, whichever occurs later. To initiate your return or exchange online, go to the Start Your Return page. Once you have submitted your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email (not available in all locations), or customers whose orders were delivered to a Germany address may elect to receive a QR code. A small fee (varied by country) shown on the Returns Portal will be deducted from your refund if you use the emailed label or QR code. This small fee does not apply to exchanges. Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we have confirmed we have received your return. For Norway customers or any customers whose return/exchange includes personal care items (e.g., perfumes, candles, etc.) only, you may return/exchange to a store or go to the Start Your Return and select "Ship It Myself". Follow the prompts to return/exchange via post, using your own return carrier. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please print your order confirmation email that was sent to you at order placement and include it in the return package. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid for your order using Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, Sporopay, or Trustpay you will receive an email with a link that you will need to access in order to provide bank details to process a return. After this is completed, you will receive a refund within 72 business hours. For exchanged orders, any price difference from the original order will either be credited to or debited from the original payment method used to place the order. If you paid for your order using Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, Sporopay, or Trustpay you will receive an email with a link that you will need to access in order to provide bank details to process a return. After this is completed, you will receive a refund within 72 business hours. Merchandise purchased in-store is subject to the store's return policy. We do not accept returns of the following items: Female swim bottoms if the hygiene liner has been removed Female underwear, individual units or packs, if removed from its box or shipping bag; and Male underwear, individual units or packs, if removed from its box or shipping bag. Right to Cancel/Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel without providing reason within fourteen (14) days from the date that you (or a third-party other than the carrier) physically receive the merchandise. To exercise this right, you will need to inform us either by (a) submitting the completed Right to Cancel form found at the end of these Sale Terms; or (b) notifying us that you are exercising your right to cancel in a clear statement. The form/statement can be submitted via: Post at Abercrombie & Fitch Returns Department, Leeghwaterweg 4-6-8, 4612 RD Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands; Email at [email protected]; Phone by calling us on your location's toll free number; Notice on the Contact Us section of the site. Please note, you will need to provide your order number or other information associated with your order so we can locate the purchase in our system. You are required to return the merchandise within fourteen (14) days of contacting us. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable (e.g., fragrance, shoe, or accessory boxes, etc.). You can return the merchandise by: Using your preferred carrier; or Returning to an Abercrombie store in the country where the merchandise was delivered. After you provide notice of withdrawal, we will issue a refund for the following within fourteen (14) days from when either (a) we received the merchandise; or (b) you provide proof that you have shipped the merchandise back to us.: all returned merchandise; original standard shipping and handling; and only if using our preferred carrier, return standard shipping and handling. However, if you used expedited delivery, we will only refund shipping and handling for standard delivery costs. If you have used the items other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items, you are liable for their diminished value. Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, we will make the refund to the same payment type you used for the initial order. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. Faulty Merchandise We are under a legal duty to supply merchandise that is in conformity with this contract. If you wish to return or exchange merchandise which is faulty or non-conforming, you can email us at [email protected] or call us on your location's toll free number. If your order was delivered to any of the following countries, you can take your merchandise to a local Abercrombie & Fitch store in the country where the merchandise was delivered: (a) Belgium; (b) France; (c) Germany; (d) Ireland; (e) Italy; (f) the Netherlands; or (g) Spain. Please note, you will need to provide your order number or other information associated with your order so we can locate the purchase in our system. If you choose to return your faulty or non-conforming merchandise, we will first need to confirm that it is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to the description on our website. Once confirmed, we will refund the cost of the merchandise and the original shipping and handling charges paid by you. If we determine the merchandise is not faulty, you will not be entitled to a refund and we will return the merchandise to you at your cost. Please see the "Returns and Exchanges" Section above for more information regarding on how you can complete your return. We will usually credit the refund back to the form of payment that you used to pay for the merchandise within approximately fourteen (14) days from the date that we receive the merchandise. Please note, it may take longer for the refund to appear on your payment card statement. In order to process a return for the following payment types, you will receive an email with a link that you will need to access to in order to provide bank details to process a return: Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, Sporopay or Trustpay. After this is completed, you will receive a refund within 72 business hours. If you choose to exchange your faulty or non-conforming merchandise, please see the "Returns and Exchanges" Section above for more information regarding on how to exchange your item. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange. We will waive any applicable shipping and handling charges for replacement merchandise. If there is any difference between the price of the merchandise that you have returned and the price of the replacement merchandise that you have requested, we will either credit or process payment from the payment card used to make your original purchase. Please note that if you paid for your order with Bancontact, MisterCash, AGMO ePayment+, eKonto, EUTeller, PayU, Przelewy24, Sporopay, Trustpay, Klarna, iDEAL, Sofortüberweisung or EPS, we cannot offer an exchange option. Our Liability to You Nothing in these Sale Terms will exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Sale Terms will exclude or limit our liability to you for breach of your legal rights, including the right to receive products which are (a) as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; (b) of satisfactory quality; (c) fit for any particular purpose made known to us; (d) supplied with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We are not liable for business losses. Our merchandise is for private use, as such, we have no liability if you use the merchandise for commercial or business purposes. If you use the merchandise for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Events Outside Our Control An event outside our control means any event or cause beyond A&F's reasonable control, including without limiting (i) epidemic, pandemic, famine, earthquakes, floods, war, terrorism, whether foreign or domestic, overwhelming event(s) caused by natural forces, extreme weather, or other natural disaster; (ii) acts of civil or military authority, insurrection, riots, strikes, fire, or explosion; (iii) picketing, strikes, or labor shortage; or (iv) interruption of or delay in transportation, shortage or failure of supply of raw materials or finished merchandise, power outages, telecommunication outages, or any other intervening system, software, or service not operated by A&F (collectively "Force Majeure Event"). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage, delay, liability, expense, or cost related to or caused by such Force Majeure Event. Privacy When you place an order through our site, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the merchandise ordered and for other limited purposes. Our collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our Privacy Notice. Use of Our Website Your use of our site is subject to our Website Terms of Use. The Law Which is Applicable to Our Relationship The contract between you and us is governed by the law of the Netherlands. However, if you are a consumer and you live outside the Netherlands, you may be entitled to bring court proceedings in your own language and in your local courts.
