RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Impact of Canada post service disruption on returns
Online returns
PC Optimum™ points that were awarded for the original purchase will be deducted within 2 to 3 weeks.
Original shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable.
In-store returns
If you have a receipt:
• Refunds are available within 30 days from original date of purchase.
• Refunds will be provided in the same tender that was used to pay for the purchase.
• The value of any PC Optimum® points redeemed will be refunded on a Shoppers Drug Mart gift card. (Please bring your PC Optimum® card when making the return.)
• Any PC Optimum® points earned as part of the original purchase will be deducted from the PC Optimum® account used for that purchase, even if the PC Optimum® card is not presented at the time of the return. If this deduction causes the PC Optimum® account to become negative, your refund may be reduced by the value of the PC Optimum® points earned as part of the original purchase, in our sole discretion.
• You will be required to fill out a Refund Voucher to verify the return was completed. The personal information that is required on a Refund Voucher is used for auditing purposes and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• A Shoppers Drug Mart representative may contact you to confirm your customer service expectations were met during your refund process.
If you do not have a receipt:
• Your return will be processed at our discretion at the last lowest sale price and you will be given store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days from original date of purchase.
Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value, at the store’s discretion. A new receipt will not be issued for the exchanged product.
Return exclusions
Sales are final on:

• Products marked final sale
• Clearance items

Return exclusions with limited exceptions:
Electronics
Returns will only be given if original product is returned in the original sealed box in saleable condition with a receipt and within the 30-day return period from original date of purchase. In some instances, you may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer.
DVDs, video games, CDs and software
Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, in saleable condition, with receipt and within the 30-day return period from original date of purchase. Exchanges will only be offered if the original is defective after opening, with receipt and within the 30-day return period from original date of purchase.
Needles
A refund will be offered only on unopened original package, with a receipt and within the 30-day return period from original date of purchase.
Bedding & mattresses
Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, in saleable condition, with receipt and within the 30-day return period from original date of purchase. Returns will only be accepted by mail. In-store returns will not be accepted. To request a return shipping label, please Contact Us.
If you are unsatisfied with any opened mattresses with the 30-day return period, photo proof of destruction must be provided to be offered a refund at our discretion. In this instance, please Contact Us.
For purchases outside of the 30-day return period, please contact the manufacturer.
Sexual wellness
Returns will be accepted only if the product is returned in its original sealed packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt, and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will not be offered on products returned in-store or received by mail that do not meet these terms. In this instance, products returned by mail will be shipped back to the customer.
Corporate Brand Return Policy
At Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix, we set a very high standard for our products and regularly conduct strict quality testing to ensure these standards are continuously met.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any Shoppers Drug Mart/Loblaw Brand products, simply return it with receipt or original package, within 30 days of original date of purchase for a full refund
