At TSC, our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you purchase an item from a Tractor Supply Company Store and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within thirty (30) days to any Tractor Supply store for a refund or exchange. Can I return an item purchased in a local Tractor Supply store through the mail?

No. Items purchased in a local Tractor Supply store must be returned in person to any local Tractor Supply store. For more information, view our Terms and Conditions.

Where can I find product warranty information?

What is 'Power Plus'?

Certain products that we carry qualify for our service and replacement plans. Power Plus is our way of offering you a means to protect your purchase. Can I purchase a Power Plus plan online?

Who do I have to contact to file a Power Plus claim?

Can I return an online order in a local Tractor Supply store?

Yes. The local store will ship your order to the online return center on your behalf, which will typically take 7-14 business days.

Do you take back orders?

No, not at this time. Tractor Supply only takes orders for products currently available in stock.

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Tractor Supply (except due to a shipping error, defect or damage), return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of its purchase price. The back side of your packing slip serves as a "pre-authorized" return form. You will need to either complete the form and send the item(s) to be returned in its original packaging to the address identified in Section F. or return your items to any Tractor Supply store for the store team to ship your order to the E-commerce returns center. For your protection, we encourage you to ship your return via a traceable method with the USPS, UPS or FedEx if returning by carrier to our return center. Retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. For your convenience, we recommend you bring your order confirmation and documents included in the shipping package when returning or delivering an item for return to our E-commerce returns center or to a Tractor Supply store. Refunds are processed when the item being returned has been received at our E-commerce return center. Refunds are made either by crediting the original method of payment or in the form of a check from our store support center. Except in cases where the return is the result of an order processing error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility. If you have questions, call any Tractor Supply store or Customer Service at 1-877-718-6750 to discuss the return options. We recommend having the order confirmation or packing slip ready when you call. Ship-To-Store orders not picked-up or claimed within 45 days will be automatically returned to the original credit card used to place the order and are subject to a 10% restocking fee at the discretion of Tractor Supply.

2. Shipping Error/Product Defect/Product Damage. If you have a return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 10 days from receipt. Contact our Customer Service Center at the telephone number or e-mail address identified in Section F and one of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item(s) and instructions on the proper handling of the merchandise. Please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received. By contacting Tractor Supply regarding a lost delivery and/or returning an item under this Section, you are (a) assigning to Tractor Supply any and all claims you have against the carrier for lost or damaged merchandise and (b) waiving your right to assert a claim against the carrier for such lost or damaged merchandise. Note: You may be asked to provide images that show the damages being claimed depending on the merchandise purchased.

Refunds in the form of a mail check from our Store Support Center will be made if your original purchase was made using:

•Electronic Financial Transaction (EFT) - bank checking account

•Gift Card

•Split-Tender Transaction - a transaction paid with a combination of a gift card and a credit card will receive a refund check for the amount paid by the gift card only after the amount paid by the credit card has been exhausted.

Credit will be issued to the same credit card account on the original purchase for refunds on purchases made using credit cards.

Email confirmation and / or the order packing list are required when returning an item that was ordered online.

3. Returning Gas-Powered Products. Gas-powered products cannot be shipped to any location once you have added gas or other fluids.

  • Due to Department of Transportation regulations, a product that has contained gasoline at any time cannot be shipped via any consumer parcel carrier.
  • If you want to return a gas-powered product and you have not added any fluids – Follow the standard online return process outlined in Section D to mail the product back to TractorSupply.com for a refund.
  • If you want to return a gas-powered product and you have added gas or other fluids – Contact our Customer Service Center at 1-877-718-6750 or [email protected] either to locate the nearest repair center, or to arrange to return the product to a local Tractor Supply store.
  • Due to varying state regulations, gas-powered products purchased in one state may not be returnable in other states.

4. Returning Orders Shipped Via Common Freight Carrier. Returns for orders delivered via common carrier freight must be initiated by contacting our Customer Service Center at 1-877-718-6750 or [email protected] as specified in the returns instruction provided during your order delivery. For some products, an authorized service center will be contacted to repair the product.
